Contest Organization The Contest with purchase is an initiative of Carrefour Frontenac. Eligibility The contest is open to anyone residing in Quebec aged 18 and over. Employees, representatives, and agents of the shopping center, Groupe MACH, participating retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as individuals living with them are excluded. How to participate On May 22 and 23, 2026, customers can participate in the contest by making a purchase of fifty dollars ($50) or more before taxes at a retailer in the shopping center. Each eligible proof of purchase entitles the participant to one (1) entry into the contest. Participants can obtain multiple entries during the contest period, with one entry for each eligible purchase of $50. Entry coupons will be provided upon presentation of an eligible proof of purchase. Participants must keep their original receipt, as it must be presented to the organizer to claim the prize, if applicable. Any entry without valid proof of purchase may be refused. Prize Five (5) gift cards worth $200 each will be awarded, for a total value of $1000. The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Draw The draw will take place on May 29, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Carrefour Frontenac. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Prize Claim The winner will be contacted by phone or email. To be declared the winner, the selected person must:
- be reached within five (5) days following the draw;
- collect their prize in person at the shopping center, no postal delivery of the prize will be allowed.
- sign a declaration and release form.
Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in a new draw. General Conditions Refusal to accept the prize releases the organizers from any obligation related to said prize. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if a situation beyond their control prevents its proper conduct. Any participant who violates these rules or attempts to alter the operation of the contest will be automatically disqualified. Any other costs incurred by the winner, including transportation, accommodation, gratuities, insurance fees, or any other incidental costs are excluded and remain the sole responsibility of the winner. Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Board A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Board for resolution. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Board solely for the purpose of intervention to attempt to resolve it.
